Join local historian and PhD researcher Sophia Lambert for a fascinating sensory journey through the history of Bramley Baths. Exploring this beautiful Grade II listed building, we’ll uncover the sights, sounds, smells and tastes that shaped people’s experiences of the Baths throughout the twentieth century.
As we move through the building, Sophia will explore its rich architectural and social history, including its famous stained-glass windows, and share stories of the many events that have taken place here — from dances and football matches to the unforgettable story of a donkey appearing on stage one evening!
The tour will finish with a display of historic photographs and archival material from Bramley Baths. You’ll also have the opportunity to share your own memories and…
