About the event
Join us at Bramley Baths this October half-term for a high-energy 90-minute African drumming workshop with the brilliant Drumming Roots!
Bramley Baths has always had a rich history of bringing people together through music, community, and shared experiences, and this session is all about adding a fresh beat to that story. Part of our #MoreThanAPool campaign supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, this relaxed, hands-on workshop gives teens (13 to 17-year-olds) the chance to experiment with new rhythms, collaborate with others, and release some energy over the break. Drumming is a brilliant way to express yourself, build confidence, and switch off while trying something completely new.
No previous musical experience is needed, no equipment needed, just bring yourself and be ready to get involved!
Run by Drumming Roots - all equipment supplied.
