Glow Outdoors - Vibe your way, to 5k!

For three weeks, we’ll be trialling a brand new winter fitness incentive designed to help you enjoy the outdoors, even in the colder months.

Participants will meet at the Baths, collect a headset and glow sticks, and then head out together, led by the fantastic Amie.

Throughout the session you’ll wear the headset, creating a “silent disco” experience with motivational music and guidance from Amie.

The pilot programme will follow a Couch to 5K style format, ideal for those who are new to exercise or looking to become more active in a friendly, fun and welcoming environment.

The sessions are completely free, and as this is a pilot, we’d really appreciate your feedback to help us shape the future of the programme.
