About the event
Participants will meet at the Baths, collect a headset and glow sticks, and then head out together, led by the fantastic Amie.
Throughout the session you’ll wear the headset, creating a “silent disco” experience with motivational music and guidance from Amie.
The pilot programme will follow a Couch to 5K style format, ideal for those who are new to exercise or looking to become more active in a friendly, fun and welcoming environment.
Remember to wear bright clothing and if you have any additional flashing items, please feel free to wear them!
