Join us at Bramley Baths for an uplifting women's wellbeing event celebrating the power of rhythm, music and shared experience.
Feel the beat, get swept up in the rhythm and get lost the energy the drums. Bringing everyone together through music, rhythm and shared beats, it's a chance to let go, have fun and enjoy something a little different. No musical experience needed, just come along and have some fun.
Alongside the drumming, we'll be joined by a women's health specialist for an informal conversation about women's health, menopause and looking after ourselves through life's different stages. There'll be time to ask questions, share experiences and chat with other women in a relaxed, supportive space.
Whether you're navigating menopause, curious about women's health or simply fancy a feel-good experience with other women. No experience needed, all equipment provided.
