Female Only Swim Opportunity: 13:15-14:30

Female only sessions with female only staff. Private changing facilities and exclusive use of the pool with no public viewing! The cost is £4 per session, whether learning to swim with a qualified swimming teacher or going swimming if already able to swim. These sessions are aimed at those who may not access more mainstream swimming opportunities.

For this session the pool will be split into three areas - Shallow, middle and deep end:

• The shallow end is for social swimming and practicing what you may have learnt.

• The middle section is for those who wish to access a swimming lesson. An instructor will be on hand to help increase swim ability and confidence in the water

• The deep end is for competent swimmers only.
