About the event
Get moving in the fresh air with this high-energy outdoor dance circuit class! This fun, full-body workout combines upbeat dance moves with circuit style fitness stations to boost cardio, strength, and coordination. Expect a mix of easy-to-follow dance moves, bodyweight exercises, and short bursts of intensity — all set to motivating music in an open-air setting.
Participants will meet at the Half Mile Lane entrance to Stanningley Park (use postcode LS28 6LH What3words: melon.social.branded), You will be greeted by Amie and given a headset, before heading off together as a group.
Throughout the session you’ll wear the headset, creating a “silent disco” experience with motivational music whilst being led and encouraged by Amie.
