About the event
The summer solstice is a time to honour the sun, it is an auspicious time in which we can align with the solar energy .
For this special event, we will be opening our pool from 4:30am to enjoy the sunrise through our picturesque stained glass window. Afterwards, you are invited to join us in our studio space for a summer solstice yoga session with Kerry, which will give gratitude to the sun with Sun Salutations.
Sun Salutations are a great way to prepare the body for the day. The combination of stretching and motion wakes up all your major muscle groups, as well as honouring this special time of year.
