The pop up ‘Treading Water’ exhibition by Josh Pedley-Cook and Pyramid Arts attracted over 200 new visitors to the Baths to explore the exhibition and enjoy work by other Pyramid Artists at the celebration event.
Lots of members, young swimmers and parents also visited the exhibition that was held during Learning Disability Week (13-20 June) and visitors shared great feedback.
Pyramid Arts is a Leeds-based arts collective that invests in people with learning disabilities through creative arts. Josh lives and learnt to swim in Bramley and is a passionate advocate for the mental health benefits of swimming, and his art is full of joy and celebrates the importance of community.
